Text Box: Application Overview The INTERAC Bank Reconciliation and Cash Manager modules provide a comprehensive yet easy to use method to reconcile bank accounts and monitor current cash accounts. Bank Reconciliation Special features include: · Reconciles Bank to Book balances. · Handles an unlimited number of bank accounts. · Tracks different transaction types such as written, cleared, voids and adjustments for checks and deposits. · Other transactions such as Service Charges, Interest, and Transfers can also be handled. · Interfacing with other INTERAC modules allows checks written and deposits made to automatically flow into the     system. · Cleared items and other transactions are entered directly into Bank Reconciliation. · User-defined history file provides an unlimited amount of detail transactions to be stored and easily retrieved. · All items that have not been cleared are stored in an open item file. · An on-screen inquiry provides easy access to the history and open item information. · Standard reports and custom reports are available for access of information. · Interfaces with INTERAC General Ledger, Client Accounting, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.   Cash Manager Special features include: · Single screen view of cash accounts. · Quickly calculate current balances with on screen summary calculator. · View and print Aging Reports for AP and AR with the click of a mouse. · Stand-alone application can be used by anyone without needing to run or understand the rest of the INTERAC system. · Provides management with a “View Only” look at current accounting data. · Shows both balance summary and detail records. · Easily export data directly to Excel. · Generate INTERAC custom reports from AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, and Payroll on demand through the integrated link to Report Manager. · One click to print Cash Manager Report either to a printer or directly into the Document Management System. · Complete INTERAC security to control access. · Interfaces with Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,  Payroll, Report      Manager and the Document Management System.
