Service Billing is a multi-purpose billing product providing flexible invoicing for construction and general business users. The Service Billing application provides the tools to manage a variety of billing needs including customized invoices, work orders, recurring billings, and multiple pricing structures. It also tracks service contracts and all additional related work orders and invoices. Current information is available as soon as transactions are entered. Extensive lookup tables are    available to assist in providing accurate and efficient input. Intersoft’s Service Billing application also allows detailed    reporting and flexible inquiry routines to provide current information to the user.
 
Special features include:
· Support for a variety of user defined work order and invoice formats.
· Accommodates multiple billing rates through a user defined rate table.
· Easily enter and update work orders or invoices before processing.
· Supports invoicing for labor, material, and equipment charged to job, phase, or contract.
· Manages recurring billing needs.
· Supports multiple pricing structures based on quantity or customer.
· Reporting capabilities provide easy access to standard and customized detail reports.
· Posts revenue and cost to Job Cost and General Ledger.
· Tightly integrated with INTERAC Inventory supporting:
- serialized inventory
- warranty tracking
- items on backorder
· Tracks and manages Service Contracts.
· Warranty information tracked on contract items.
· Integrates with INTERAC Document Management System to provide online documentation and reduce paper handling.
· Interfaces with INTERAC Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Job Cost.
