The INTERAC Time & Billing system is a comprehensive, flexible professional time & billing package that provides for input and tracking of staff time with complete client processing.  
Special features include:
· Multiple screen formats provide flexible input for transactions.
· To meet individual needs the user can tailor the input screens.
· Evaluation codes allow users to specify how dollars are to be calculated during input.
· Time sheets, direct charges, write-ups, write-downs, and billings can be easily entered and processed.
· Input, processing and billing can be handled for multiple offices (up to 99 offices per firm).
· Client transaction data can be stored in detail, or summarized, based on user requirements.
· Miscellaneous alpha, numeric, and date fields are available to store and track client information such as return due dates, SIC codes, entity type, etc.
· Up to 999 user-defined Service codes and 9999 user-defined Engagement numbers to categorize tasks and projects.
· Employee can track chargeable and non-chargeable hours and dollars.
· Up to five separate billing rates can be established for each employee.
· Multiple billing methods are available, including lump sum and on-screen billing capabilities.
· Invoices and statements can be custom designed on a client-by-client basis.
· Complete interface to INTERAC Accounts Receivable to handle aging, payments, adjustments, etc.
· On-screen inquiry into Work in Process or historical information.
· Flexible report design for virtually any report using client and employee information.
· Allows all reports to be displayed on screen for immediate inquiry, stored in a file for later use, or sent to a 
spreadsheet file with InterLink.
· Accesses all features through convenient menus, but allows the experienced user to quickly move from any package or application directly to another, bypassing menus.
