Intersoft Systems, Inc. offers a
variety of
INTERAC training opportunities designed to accommodate you and your
busy schedules. It is our experience that a user must be properly
trained in order to take full advantage of the capabilities of the
INTERAC software. We will work with you to determine the best type of
training to meet your needs. Effective training helps us towards our
goal of a long and productive relationship with our users.
Classroom Training at
Intersoft:
Classroom
training sessions are available year-round at the Intersoft Training
facility in Beaverton, OR. Training sessions can be tailored
specifically to meet your needs. It is our belief that hands-on
classroom training is an effective method of instruction. It gets you
away from the distractions of your office, providing you with an
environment conducive to learning. This also has the advantage of
allowing you to meet the Intersoft staff in person.
Training at Your Site:
We
understand that although a traditional classroom setting is an
excellent method of training, not everyone is able to travel and be
away from their office. For these situations, Intersoft provides onsite
training. An instructor will travel to your site and can tailor
sessions to meet your specific needs.
Virtual Classroom
Training:
Instructor-led
training allows users to participate in sessions from the comfort of
their own office. Utilizing GoToMeeting's virtual online meeting
services, participants are able to see the instructors screen and
interactively ask questions throughout the session. These sessions can
be tailored to meet your scheduling needs.
Annual User Meeting
& Conference:
Intersoft
arranges an INTERAC user group annual conference. This year's meetings
will be hosted in a webinar format, enabling more of our user base to
participate. Users also receive the Intersoft newsletter with the
latest updates.
Professional Services
Installation
& Implementation Services
Intersoft
offers Installation services as a benefit to our users. Whether it is
setting up and configuring a new Applianz or HP Server purchased from
us, or assisting in configuring a server you purchased through another
vendor, Intersoft is committed to helping you get the most out of your
computer hardware and software. Our customer support staff will work
with your IT professionals to instruct them in proper installation and
setup of INTERAC software, or one of our support staff can be
dispatched to your location to facilitate installation and set up
(travel & lodging expenses will apply).
Report Design Service: The
custom report writers in INTERAC are not only very powerful, but also
easy to use. However, there are times when INTERAC users simply do not
have the time or desire to design their own custom reports, and would
prefer to have it done for them. Intersoft addresses this need with our
report design service. One of our support professionals will work with
you to determine your reporting needs, and custom design a report
template for you which fills these needs. After an initial consultation
to determine the scope of the project, our support professional can
provide you with an estimate of the time involved and the total cost.
Graphics Digitization
Service:
The INTERAC software supports a number of ways to utilize digitized
signatures and/or logos on items such as checks, invoices, and
statements. Sometimes, users may lack the hardware or software to
digitize their own graphics, or simply lack the time or expertise to do
so. Intersoft fills this need with our Graphics Digitization Service.
You can mail or e-mail us copies of your logo or signature, and we will
convert it into the appropriate format to be used by the particular
application. Fees for this service can vary from case to case. Please
